I had the most professional sales, customer service, and performance delivery experience with Great White Grills than I can recall in some time. Their follow-up and follow through is second to none. They qualify their customers excellently, rather than bombarding them with their own sales agenda, and make sure to let you tell them exactly what you’re in the market for. Combined with their actual products, and you’d be hard-pressed to find a better masonry grill business in the industry. Owner, Mike, and salesman, Mace, went above in beyond in driving my sales and installation experience. In fact, Mike showed up on-site during my installation, which blew me away. I know this may sound more subjective than tangible, but for what it’s worth, if you’re in the market for a great masonry grill product, you’d be doing yourself a great disservice if you didn’t visit Great White Grills first. They are that good at what they do!
